Engage. Empower.Retain.

President and Founder, Kelli Gift

Empowering Teams Through Instinctive Strength

As a small business owner, Kelli Gift felt a deep responsibility to help her employees become their very best. Like many leaders, she sought a system that would foster growth, unlock potential, and cultivate future leadership from within. That search led her to the Kolbe System—a breakthrough approach to understanding instinctive strengths.

After implementing Kolbe in her own business and witnessing transformative results, Kelli became a Certified Kolbe Coach in 2016. She founded Striving 2 Thrive to help other organizations harness the power of instinctive alignment and build thriving, resilient teams.

Today, Striving 2 Thrive is a respected consulting firm known for its practical, people-centered approach to team development. Kelli is a sought-after speaker and facilitator, inspiring business owners and management professionals to lead with clarity, empower with purpose, and develop the next generation of leaders.
